Delaware Drywalls is a matching service, not a marketplace. We review every contractor before they go live. We verify their Delaware licence against the Division of Revenue registry. We match each project to one contractor — not five, not ten, one. And we follow up to make sure the contractor actually made contact.
We cover all three Delaware counties. Every trade we list, we have a verified contractor for. If we cannot match you, we tell you instead of selling your details to someone who cannot help.

Before any contractor profile goes live, we run a four-step check. This is not automated — a real person reviews each application.
Delaware licence check
We verify the contractor's licence number against the Delaware Division of Revenue public registry. Expired or invalid licences are rejected.
Insurance confirmation
We request a current certificate of liability insurance. Minimum coverage requirements apply per trade.
Business identity review
We verify the business name, address, and contact details match their licence registration. Mismatches are flagged.
Annual re-verification
Every active contractor is re-verified annually. Licences that lapse or are suspended result in immediate profile suspension.
